There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking on this site. We do not know who visits it or where they come from.

The language you are reading is in the address itself — /da or /en — not in a cookie.

If you go on to pay, that happens at Stripe, which sets its own cookies. They are necessary to complete the payment and to prevent fraud.

We store your name, delivery address, email address, order number and what you chose: the place on the map, the size of the area, the format and the engraving text.

The configuration is stored because it IS the product — it is what the milling files are built from, and without it a piece cannot be remade if something goes wrong.

We also store a reference to the payment at Stripe. We never store card numbers; we do not see them.

The legal basis is that processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

We store your email address, which language you signed up in, and when.

The sign-up is confirmed with a click in an email, so both you and we can document the consent. The legal basis is your consent — Article 6(1)(a).

You can unsubscribe at the bottom of every email. Your address is then deleted.

The address is used only for the newsletter. It is never sold, shared or used for anything else.

Stripe — payment. Processes name, address, email and payment details.

Brevo — newsletter and emails about your order. Processes email and name. A French company; data stays in the EU.

Vercel — hosting of the site.

Simply.com — our own mailbox. Processes what you write to us.

The workshop milling your piece receives the files and job sheet needed to make it, along with your delivery address.

We never sell information on, and we do not use it for anything but delivering what you ordered.

Orders and their documentation are kept for five years after the end of the financial year, because Danish bookkeeping law requires it.

Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Emails to and from us are kept for as long as they matter to an order or a complaint.

You have the right to see what we hold about you, to have incorrect information corrected, to have information deleted where we no longer have grounds to keep it, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a common format.
